The Heal Your Core program is an amazing, attainable program that targets our deep core muscles. As a new mom herself, Kate, knows how precious time is when you have kids. Comprehensive 10-week Core Healing Curriculum
This program is a minimum 10 week program. Some Moms will heal their Diastasis Recti completely in 10 weeks while others may take a little bit longer. The curriculum is divided into two week increments and you'll advance through the program based upon your healing.

Both the Self Guided and One-On-One programs utilize written guides to provide educational support to guide you through the program. The Self Guided content is provided via video instruction while the One-On-One program are individualized appointments.

Self-Guided Program ($197) Video instruction with written support
The HYC Program focuses specifically on rebuilding function postpartum, addressing common issues like Diastasis Recti and associated pelvic floor weakness. The targeted exercises aim heavily on progression with expert guidance. Unlike other PP programs, HYC is designed to teach you how to heal your tissue and why your core must be treated in a certain way so it may effectively recover.
Yes, absolutely! The HYC program is safe and beneficial for C-sections Moms. The needs during recovery require a focused intent on reconnecting to the lower abdominals. HYC tailors to this very need!
Typically the answer to this question would be, "this program is designed to be flexible and accommodating to a busy schedule." Although it is, to an extent, the direct correlation in healing your core is tied directly to your ability to be consistent in committing to daily exercises. If you're not ready to commit to yourself, you're not ready for this program.
It's recommended to wait until you've been cleared by your healthcare provider for exercises postpartum, usually around 6-8 weeks after vaginal delivery and perhaps longer after C-sections. Once you receive the green light to return, you can begin the Heal Your Core program.
